APPROVING MIDAMERICAN ENERGY COMPANY PROPOSAL FOR WARRIOR
LANE OVERHEAD TO UNDERGROUND FROM ASHWORTH ROAD TO FORD
LANE [WARRIOR LANE IMPROVEMENTS PHASE 1, WMIS 28066101
IN THE NAME AND BY THE A UTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee requested a proposal from MidAmerican Energy Company to
relocate overhead electric system along Warrior Lane from Ashworth road to Ford Lane;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council that the City of
Waukee hereby approves the MidAmerican Energy Company Overhead to Underground
Proposal [Warrior Lane Improvements Phase 1, WMIS 2806610].
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved the 2 1 " day of December,
2020.
