RESOLUTION 2020-497
APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR DAYBREAK PLAT 3
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WA UKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, ATI DAYBREAK, LLC, has requested final plat approval of Daybreak Plat 3 (the "Plat");
AND,
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the Plat on
October 13, 2020, subject to remaining staff comments and review of the legal documents; AND,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat for Daybreak Plat 3 and the documents relating thereto will comply with
Section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this 21st
day of December, 2020, that the Final Plat for Daybreak Plat 3 be and the same is hereby accepted and
approved by the City Council of the City of Waukee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City of Waukee does hereby accept the following easements and
documents to be filed with the Plat:
l . Warranty Deed (Street Lot A & B);
2. Public Utility Easement;
3. Overland Flowage Easement;
4. Sanitary Sewer Easement;
5. Storm Sewer Easement;
6. Public Detention Basin Easement;
7. Overland Flowage & Storm Sewer Easement;
8. Overland Flowage & Detention Basin Easement; and
9. Private Landscape Buffer Easement
