Renewal Letter [USCOC of Greater Iowa, Inc.]
FORMAT:Resolution
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The City of Waukee and USCOC of Greater Iowa, LLC,
entered into an agreement on June 4, 2012 for placing an antennae on the
water tower. The terms of the agreement call for USCOC of Greater Iowa,
LLC, to notify the City via letter of their intent to exercise its option to renew
the agreement for an additional five years. The new term will commence
April 1, 2022 and expire March 31, 2027.
