SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Staff accepted bids on a new truck purchase for the
Community Development Department for the additional building
inspector position that was recently added. One bid was received from
Stivers Ford Lincoln of Waukee, Iowa.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $29,682.00
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff is recommending proceeding forward with the bid
from Stivers Ford Lincoln of Waukee, Iowa.
RECOMMENDATION: Receive and file the correspondence.
