AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a resolution approving Public Utility Easement
(Fox Creek Meadows, LLC Property)
FORMAT: Resolution
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Fox Creek Meadows, LLC has granted a Public Utility
Easement to the City of Waukee. The easement is located north of the right-
of-way of NW Douglas Parkway. The purpose of the easement is for future
utility installations associated with the Waukee 8/9 school building that is
currently under construction and for future development of the area.

RESOLUTION 2022-
APPROVING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT, FOX CREEK MEADOWS, LLC
PROPERTY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements from Fox Creek Meadows, LLC, are
necessary for the purpose of utility extensions.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa,
that the Public Utility Easement, Fox Creek Meadows, LLC, property, is hereby approved.
Passed by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, and approved this the 3rd day of
January, 2022.
