AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 15 to Larson
Construction, Co., Inc., for the Triumph Park Project in the amount of
$637,290.69.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 15 to Larson Construction, Co.,
Inc., is for metal roof/soffit of the concession stand buildings and maintenance
facility, shade structures, plumbing and HVAC of the concession stands,
electrical, batting tunnels and backstops. The quantities completed to date
have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff,
and Confluence. The Triumph Park Project to date is 83% complete.

RE: Contractor Application for Payment #15 - Triumph Park
Dear Mr. Jermier:
Attached please find contractor Application for Payment #15 in the amount of $637,290.69 for approval and
signature by Waukee City Council. A large portion of this work was Backstops and Batting Tunnels as those items
are now on site and being installed. As mentioned in the last payment application; we are seeing some interior
electrical and mechanical work being billed which we believe will continue to increase over the winter.
Confluence recommends approval and payment as indicated.
