STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for Stratford
Crossing Plat 9 and find it in general conformance with the standard specification for the City of
Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2022-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[STRATFORD CROSSING PLAT 9]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Landmark Development Services has completed the public improvements
associated with the Daybreak Plat 3 Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff have reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Stratford Crossing Plat 9 Subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed as
a part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 17th day of January, 2022, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Daybreak Plat 3 Project.
