drawings for Prairie Rose Plat 6

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The plan set includes improvements associated with Prairie Rose Plat 6. The improvements
include extensions of public streets and installation of water main, storm sewer, and sanitary
sewer.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff is working with the applicant and their engineer
to address the final remaining comments.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution subject to remaining
staff comments.

RESOLUTION 2022-
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
PRAIRIE ROSE PLAT 6
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, construction drawings have been submitted to the City for Prairie Rose Plat 6;
AND,
WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of
the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 17th day of January, 2022 that the Construction Drawings for Prairie Rose Plat 6 be approved
subject to remaining staff comments.
