The improvements include extensions of public streets and installation of water main, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT: STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff has worked with the engineer and all comments have been addressed. Project Location Map PREPARED BY:Bill Mettee, Planner REVIEWED BY: PUBLIC NOTICE INFORMATION – NAME OF PUBLICATION: DATE OF PUBLICATION: I7 THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA RESOLUTION 2022 - APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR PRAIRIE VILLAGE PLAT 3 – UNIVERSITY AVENUE IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal Organization; AND, WHEREAS, construction drawings have been submitted to the City for Prairie Village Plat 3 – University Avenue; AND, WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff, and are found to be in general conformance with section §303 - Land Subdivision Ordinance of the Waukee Municipal Code.
