License with Outdoor Service and Sunday Sales privileges for MDS,
LLC, d/b/a The ‘Kee [360 and 370 6th Street], pending fire marshal
approval

COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police and Community Development Departments have
reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at this
time. The fire marshal has not given his approval to reissuance, pending
a fire code matter.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license, pending fire marshal approval.
