Central Standard Waukee, LLC, d/b/a Central Standard [1222 SE
University Avenue], adding a Catering privilege

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The applicant wishes to add a Catering privilege to
their current liquor license.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Development Services Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license amendment.
