AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 17 to Larson
Construction, Co., Inc., for the Triumph Park Project in the amount of
$267,393.27.
FORMAT:Consent
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 17 to Larson Construction, Co.,
Inc., is for metal roof/wall panels and soffit, plastic toilet partitions, plumbing
and HVAC in concession stands, batting tunnels, fencing and gates. Outside
work was minimal due to the cold temperatures but exterior work should
increase as the weather starts to turn. The quantities completed to date have
been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and
Confluence. The Triumph Park Project to date is 85% complete.

RE: Contractor Application for Payment #17 - Triumph Park
Dear Mr. Jermier:
Attached please find contractor Application for Payment #16 in the amount of $267,393.27 for approval and
signature by Waukee City Council. This is a smaller payment application due to the colder temperatures and no
outdoor work being completed. A large portion of this work was plumbing fixtures and finishes but some exterior
work has started back up with batting tunnels, fences, and gates being installed.
Confluence recommends approval and payment as indicated.
