THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2022-
APPROVING TEMPORARY PARKING ALONG SE BOOTH AVENUE FROM
S. WARRIOR LANE EAST TO ITS TERMINUS ON JULY 4, 2022, FOR THE CITY OF
WAUKEE CELEBRATION OF INDEPENDENCE
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Waukee Parks & Recreation Department recommends the allowance of temporary
parking along SE Booth Drive on July 4, 2022, to create additional parking near Centennial Park
during the Celebration of Independence.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this
4th day of April, 2022, that it hereby approves temporary parking along SE Booth Avenue from
S. Warrior Lane east to its terminus on July 4, 2022, between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 10:30
p.m. [Celebration of Independence].
