AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 18 to Larson
Construction, Co., Inc., for the Triumph Park Project in the amount of
$434,168.27.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 18 to Larson Construction, Co.,
Inc., is for polished concrete floors in buildings, metal roof/wall panels,
exterior scoreboards, infield grading, concrete benches at playground, and
general construction of concession stands and maintenance building. The
quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the
contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Confluence. The Triumph Park Project
to date is 87% complete.

RE: Contractor Application for Payment #18 - Triumph Park
Dear Mr. Jermier:
Attached please find contractor Application for Payment #18 in the amount of $434,168.27 for approval and
signature by Waukee City Council. Exterior work is again taking place. A large portion of this work is still plumbing
fixtures and finishes. The Scoreboards were all installed as well as some final grading of the fields.
Confluence recommends approval and payment as indicated.
