APPROVING CONTRACT AND BOND FOR 2022 ASHWORTH ROAD PAVEMENT
PATCHING PROJECT
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF WAUKEE, IOWA:
That the contract and bond for the construction of certain public improvements described in
general as the 2022 Ashworth Road Pavement Patching Project and described in detail in the
request for proposals be and the same are hereby approved as follows:
Contractor:The Concrete Contracting Company of Grimes, IA
Amount of quote:$182,673.75
Portion of project:All construction work
PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of May, 2022.
