AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 18 to Larson
Construction, Co., Inc., for the Triumph Park Project in the amount of
$676,077.77.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 19 to Larson Construction, Co.,
Inc., is for metal roof/wall panels, overhead doors, restroom finishes,
bleachers, plumbing and HVAC, sidewalks and concrete plaza work,
installation of the EPIC playground. The quantities completed to date have
been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and
Confluence. The Triumph Park Project to date is 91% complete. Grand
Opening has been set for Friday June 3rd at 5:00 p.m.

RE: Contractor Application for Payment #19 - Triumph Park
Dear Mr. Jermier:
Attached please find contractor Application for Payment #19 in the amount of $676,077.77 for approval and
signature by Waukee City Council. We are a month away from the grand opening event. This payment requests
covers a good part of the playground install but is largely finish work in the concession buildings. We are
comfortable approving this amount as we still are holding back about 14% of the overall fee.
Confluence recommends approval and payment as indicated.
