Change Description: 1. Sheet S1.1 – OVERALL FOUNDATION PLAN a. Revise Underslab Drainage Plan, by increasing depth of 670 LF of piping, 2’-3”, to lower the water table and therefore reduce the potential frost heave of the subgrade within the unheated building. b. Adjust routing of piping and add 112 LF of underslab drainage pipe to connect to deeper storm sewer piping. We have reviewed the submitted quotes from Core Construction and they appear to be in line with current industry pricing. If City Staff concurs with this proposed additional pricing, we recommend the City of Waukee Increase the contract price in the amount of $15,712.16 to complete the additional work associated with Change Order Number 001.
