Concrete for the NE Douglas Parkway Extension project in the amount

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Absolute Concrete requested Payment Estimate No. 6
for the work completed on the NE Douglas Parkway Extension project in the amount of
$26,290.89. Bolton & Menk has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period ending April 30, 2022. Work completed for this pay
estimate includes storm sewer, traffic control, sidewalk and pavement removal, full depth
patching, sidewalk, and detectable warnings.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $26,290.89

Dear Mr. Koester:
Submitted for your approval is Pay Request 6 for the above-mentioned project. Pay Request 6 is for a
total payment of $26,290.89. The total value completed to date is $424,478.40, minus 5% retainage of
$21,223.92. Please see Pay Request 6 for a full summary of the items completed that are included in this
payment.
Bolton & Menk, Inc. recommends the approval of Pay Request 6. Please let me know if you have any
