drawings for Stratford Crossing Plat 12

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON:
The plan set includes improvements associated with Stratford Crossing Plat 12. The
improvements include water main, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and public street extensions.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: There are a few minor remaining comments that staff
is working with the applicant to address.
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution subject to remaining
staff comments.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2022-
APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR
STRATFORD CROSSING PLAT 12
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, construction drawings have been submitted to the City for Stratford Crossing Plat
12; AND,
WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff,
and are found to be in general conformance with section §177 – Subdivision Regulations –
Design Standards of the Waukee Municipal Code.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on
this 16th day of May, 2022 that the Construction Drawings for Stratford Crossing Plat 12 be
approved subject to remaining staff comments.
