COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire, and Community Development
Departments have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny
the permit at this time, pending issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license, pending issuance of Certificate of
Occupancy.
