SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 2 is for adjusting the plan
quantities to the as-constructed quantities.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order decreases the contract price in the amount of $8,462.82.
