STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: The plans, specifications, form of contract and
estimate of cost are on file with the City Clerk for review upon request.
RECOMMENDATION: Motion to continue consideration of approval of a resolution
approving plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost on
the July 5, 2022 regular City Council Meeting.

RESOLUTION 2022-
RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, FORM
OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE WEST
AREA TRUNK SEWER EXTENSION - PHASE 2
WHEREAS, on the 27th day of May, 2022, plans, specifications, form of contract and
estimate of cost were filed with the Clerk for the construction of certain public improvements
described in general as the West Area Trunk Sewer Extension - Phase 2; and
WHEREAS, notice of hearing on plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of
cost for the public improvements was published as required by law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WAUKEE, STATE OF IOWA:
Section 1.That the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost are hereby
approved as the plans, specifications, form of contract and estimate of cost for the public
improvements, as described in the preamble of this Resolution.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 20th day of June, 2022.
