AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 10 (Final) to Larson
Construction, Co., Inc., for the Triumph Park Fishing Pier Project in the
amount of $39,090.54.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 10 to Larson Construction, Co.,
Inc., is for the labor and materials, electrical and paint. Per the agreement
with the Waukee Betterment Foundation the City will be provided payment in
the amount of $39,090.54 prior to paying Larson Construction. The quantities
completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the contractor, City
of Waukee Staff, and Confluence.

RE: Contractor Application for Payment #10 - Triumph Park (Fishing Pier)
Dear Mr. Jermier:
Attached please find contractor Application for Payment #10 in the amount of $39,090.54 for approval and
signature by Waukee City Council. Confluence, Parks and Recreation Staff, and Engineering Staff have all reviewed
this payment application and recommend approval. This is the final payment on the fishing pier project with the
exception of the $30,500 that we are holding in retainage.
Confluence recommends approval and payment as indicated.
