RESOLUTION 2021-
APPROVING TEMPORARY PARKING ALONG SE BOOTH AVENUE FROM S. WARRIOR
LANE EAST TO ITS TERMINUS ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 2, 2022, FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PUBLIC SAFETY DAY
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal
Organization; AND,
WHEREAS, Waukee Police and Fire Departments recommend the allowance of temporary parking to
accommodate guests attending the 2022 Public Safety Day event.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in session this 18th
day of July, 2022, that it hereby approves temporary parking along SE Booth Avenue from S. Warrior
Lane east to its terminus on Tuesday, August 2, 2022, between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. for
the purpose of Public Safety Day.
