AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 2 to Northway Well and
Pump Company for the 2021 Well Rehabilitation Project decreasing the
contract amount by $63,600.00.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 2 is for damages due to
completion 84 days after completion date at $500/day and to adjust the
plan quantities to the as constructed quantities.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order decreases the contract price in the amount of $63,600.00.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the change order.
