and is requesting release of retainage. Lien waivers have been received and all outstanding items have been
completed.

2022 ASHWORTH ROAD PAVEMENT PATCHING PROJECT
RELEASE OF RETAINAGE
We recommend release of retainage for the 2022 Ashworth Road Pavement Patching project by
the City Council of the City of Waukee to The Concrete Contracting Company. Retainage is in the
amount of $9,420.73 as shown on Pay Estimate No. 1 (Final) dated June 1, 2022.
