HomeMy WebLinkAbout2022-07-18 I08 Hamilton Ridge Plat 12_CDs AGENDA ITEM: CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA CITY COUNCIL MEETING COMMUNICATION MEETING DATE: July 18, 2022 AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a resolution approving construction drawings for Hamilton Ridge Plat 12 FORMAT: Resolution SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The plan set includes improvements associated with Hamilton Ridge Plat 12. The improvements include an extension of a public street and installations of water main, storm sewer, and sanitary sewer. FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT: STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff is working with the applicant and their engineer to address the final remaining comments. RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends approval of the resolution subject to remaining staff comments. ATTACHMENTS: I. Proposed Resolution II. Project Location Map PREPARED BY: Melissa DeBoer, Senior Planner REVIEWED BY: I8 THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA RESOLUTION 2022- APPROVING THE CONSTRUCTION DRAWINGS FOR HAMILTON RIDGE PLAT 12 IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Dallas County, State of Iowa, is a duly organized Municipal Organization; AND, WHEREAS, construction drawings have been submitted to the City for Hamilton Ridge Plat 12; AND, WHEREAS, the construction drawings have been reviewed by the City Engineer and City staff, and are found to be in general conformance with section §177 – Subdivision Regulations – Design Standards of the Waukee Municipal Code. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa on this 18th day of July, 2022 that the Construction Drawings for Hamilton Ridge Plat 12 be approved. ____________________________ Courtney Clarke, Mayor Attest: ___________________________________ Rebecca D.
