Corporation for the NW Douglas Parkway Culvert and Pond
Improvements Project, in the amount of $609,901.65.

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Elder Corporation requested Payment Estimate No. 3
for the work completed on the NW Douglas Parkway Culvert Improvements Project, in the
amount of $609,901.65. Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. has reviewed the payment estimate and
recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period ending June 30, 2022. This pay estimate is for
reinforced concrete box culvert and debris removal from the north side of the dam embankment
included in Change Order No. 1.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $609,901.65
