Drive Entertainment XVI, Inc., d/b/a Saints Pub + Patio Waukee [87 NE
Carefree Lane], pending proof of dram insurance and Fire Marshal
approval

FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police and Community Development Departments have
reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at this
time. The Fire Department is awaiting certain inspection records prior to
approval.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license, pending proof of dram insurance and Fire
Marshal approval.
