AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 7 to Concrete
Connections, Inc., for the Sugar Creek Park Project in the amount of
$34,345.35.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 7 to Concrete Connections, Inc., is
for landscaping, painting of pickleball courts and erosion control. The
quantities completed to date have been reviewed and agreed upon by the
contractor, City of Waukee Staff, and Bolton & Menk. The park has been
opened to the public. The contractor still has additional landscaping that
needs to be replaced due to temperatures and will be completed in early Fall.

Dear Mr. Jermier:
Submitted for your approval is Pay Request (PR) #7 for the above-mentioned project. PR #7 is for a total
payment of $34,345.35. The total value completed to date is $612,986.25 minus 5% retainage of
$30,649.31. Please see PR #7 for a full summary of the items completed that are included in this
payment.
Bolton & Menk, Inc. recommends the approval of PR #7. Please let me know if you have any questions.
