AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 1 to Turnbull’s Tree
Service for Ash Tree Removal project increasing the contract amount by
$10,250.00.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 is for additional tree removals
requested by City staff.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $10,250.00. Total contract price will
be $70,625.00 including CO 1.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the change order.
