License with Sunday Service privilege for Cuatro Leon’s Corporation,
d/b/a Monterrey Express [757 SE Alice’s Road], pending proof of dram
insurance and Fire Marshal approval

COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police and Community Development Departments have
reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at this
time. The Fire Department is awaiting certain inspection records prior to
approval.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license, pending proof of dram insurance and Fire
Marshal approval.
