AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of 12-month Class C Liquor License with
Sunday Sales privilege for It’s All About You Nails and Spa, LLC, d/b/a
OMG Nail Lounge [729 SE Alice’s Road], pending submittal of lease
agreement and proof of dram insurance

COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police and Community Development Departments have
reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at this
time. The Fire Department is awaiting certain inspection records prior to
approval. The applicant must also submit a copy of a signed lease
agreement for the premises.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license, pending submittal of lease agreement and
proof of dram insurance.
