AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of 12-month Class C Liquor License with
Sunday Sales privilege for Leaf Brothers Cigars, LLC, d/b/a Leaf
Brothers Cigars [714 Interstate Parkway]
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: The applicant currently holds a Class B Beer Permit
but is applying to change that license to a Class C Liquor Permit.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Police, Fire and Community Development Departments
have reviewed the application and find no reason to deny the permit at
this time.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the liquor license.
