AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of receipt and file of the purchase of a 2023 F-250 Truck
from Stivers Ford of Waukee, IA in the amount of $44,920.00.
FORMAT:Receipt/File
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: This purchase is a scheduled replacement of
the 2012 F-250 pickup with snowplow for the Street Department. This is current state bid
pricing with a tentative delivery in the 2nd quarter of 2023. The current vehicle will be sold
on govdeals once City has possession of the replacement.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $44,920.00.
This is a scheduled replacement.
