SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Grimes Asphalt and Paving Corporation requested
Payment Estimate No. 4 for the work completed on the 2021 Asphalt Overlay Improvements
Project in the amount of $61,655.04. McClure Engineering Company has reviewed the payment
estimate and recommends payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period August 2, 2022 to September 12, 2022. This pay
estimate is for manhole adjustments, HMA pavement, curb removal, sidewalk, detectable
warnings, painted pavement markings, groove cuts, and sodding.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $61,655.04
