SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: C.L. Carroll Co., Inc. requested Payment Estimate
No. 12 for the work completed on the 2021 Well Rehabilitation Project – Phase 2 in the amount
of $25,552.63. Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends
payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period August 3, 2022 to September 6, 2022. This pay
estimate is for stored materials and controls.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $25,552.63
