for the Ashworth Water Main Lowering project increasing the contract
amount by $10,000.00.

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 is for additional testing to find
the source of a pressure issue.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $10,000.00.

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the change order.
