SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: J & K Contracting, LLC requested Payment Estimate
No. 1 for the work completed on the Ashworth water Main Lowering Project, in the amount of
$78,00.00. City Staff has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends payment.
The payment estimate is for all work done for completion of the project.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $78,000.00
