SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Concrete Connections, Inc. has completed the project and
all lien waivers have been received.

Acceptance of Public Improvements
Final Payment Application #8 – Release of Retainage
Dear Mr. Jermier:
At this time, Concrete Connections has completed the project in substantial conformance with the plans
and specifications. Formal acceptance of public improvements was issued by Bolton & Menk on
September 1, 2022.
Bolton & Menk also recommends release of retainage in the amount of $30,649.31 after 30 days if no
claims have been received. Pay Application No. 8 is attached for review and consideration. Once
approved, please send one copy to the contractor along with payment and send one copy to my
attention.
Bolton & Menk, Inc. recommends the approval of PR #8. Please let me know if you have any questions.
