AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 2 to Absolute Concrete
for the Douglas Parkway Extension project increasing the contract
amount by $6,283.78.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 2 includes additional modified
subbase and fill material to adjust grade to accommodate the HMA overlay on N. Warrior Lane.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $6,283.78.

RE: Douglas Parkway Extension Change Order 2
Dear Mr. Koester:
Submitted for your approval is Change Order 2 for the above-mentioned project. Change Order 2
includes the additional modified subbase and fill material to adjust grade to accommodate the HMA
overlay on N. Warrior Lane. The approved contract value of $971,552.10 will be increased by $6,283.78
for a total contract value of $977,835.88. Please see the Change Order 2 for a full summary of the change
items.
