AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Payment Estimate No. 23 to Larson
Construction, Co., Inc., for the Triumph Park Project in the amount of
$182,603.54.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Payment Estimate No. 23 to Larson Construction, Co.,
Inc., is for payment of the approved change order #8 that was approved by the
City Council at the November 7, 2022 meeting. 2.5% of the overall contract
is being retained until all punch list items have been completed.

RE: Contractor Application for Payment #23 - Triumph Park
Dear Mr. Jermier:
Attached please find contractor Application for Payment #23 in the amount of $182,603.54 for approval and
signature by Waukee City Council. This payment is for all the items included in Change Order #8 which was
approved at your last council meeting. We are still withholding 2.5% of the overall contact as retainage until all
punch list items have been completed.
Confluence recommends approval and payment as indicated.
