AGENDA ITEM:Consideration of approval of Change Order No. 1 to WRH, Inc. for the
Lift Station No. 2 Rehabilitation project increasing the contract amount
by $5,941.73.
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Change Order No. 1 is for replacing the existing
Magnetic Flow Meter in the existing metering manhole, including labor, equipment, and
materials.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: The net result of this
Change Order increases the contract price in the amount of $5,941.73.
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:

RECOMMENDATION: Approve the change order.
