the Little Walnut Creek North Trunk Sewer Extension Phase 2 Project in the
amount of $15,228.19
FORMAT:Consent Agenda
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: J & K Contracting, LLC has completed the project and is
requesting release of retainage. Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. recommend release of the retainage. Lien waivers
have been received.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:$15,228.19

LITTLE WALNUT CREEK NORTH TRUNK SEWER EXTENSION – PHASE 2
CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION
Enclosed are two copies of the Certificate of Completion for the Little Walnut Creek North Trunk
Extension - Phase 2 project. The certificate should be executed after the City Council has
approved acceptance of the project. Please sign both certificates and return one signed copy to
our office.
Veenstra & Kimm, Inc. recommends the release of the remaining retainage 30 days after final
acceptance of the project in the amount of $15,228.19. 80% of the retainage for the previous
project total in the amount of $60,647.76 has previously been released to the contractor.
