AGENDA ITEM: Consideration of approval of a motion setting December 19, 2022 as the date
of public hearing on an Ordinance to amend Chapter 166, Zoning Regulations,
Administration and Enforcement, Waukee, Iowa.
FORMAT: Motion
SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: At a prior City Council work session, City Council gave
direction to staff to move forward with an amendment to Chapter 166 as it
relates to the initiation of rezoning amendments.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS:
COMMISSION/BOARD/COMMITTEE COMMENT:
STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: Staff would recommend approval of the motion to set the
public hearing for December 19, 2022 to further discuss the proposed
amendment.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the motion.
