(Lot 7 of Hamilton Ridge Plat 4) FORMAT: Resolution SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: RM Madden Construction, Inc. has granted an Overland Flowage Easement and a Storm Sewer Easement to the City of Waukee. The easements are located along the east side of Lot 7 of Hamilton Ridge Plat 4. The purpose of the easement is to allow for water to drain overland across the lot within the designated easement area and for a storm sewer pipe to collect the water. (LOT 7 OF HAMILTON RIDGE PLAT 4) IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA WHEREAS, the City of Waukee is a duly organized municipality within Dallas County; AND, WHEREAS, it has been determined that certain easements from RM Madden Construction, Inc, are necessary for the purpose of surface water flowage and storm sewer. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Waukee, Iowa, that the Overland Flowage Easement and the Storm Sewer Easement from RM Madden Construction, Inc., are hereby approved.
