Construction, Inc., for the Waukee City Hall Security Upgrades Project
in the amount of $51,670.50.

SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Significant progress has been made in the first couple
of weeks of the City Hall Security Upgrade Project including demolition of existing lobby area,
new lighting and ceiling grid, framing and drywall within newly configured areas and electrical
work.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: Payment Estimate No. 1 is
in the amount of $51,670.50.
