STAFF REVIEW AND COMMENT: City Staff has reviewed the public improvements for
Kettlestone Peak Plat 1 and find it in general conformance with the standard specifications for the City
of Waukee.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the resolution.

THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
RESOLUTION 2023-
ACCEPTING PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
[KETTLESTONE PEAK PLAT 1]
IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA
WHEREAS, the City of Waukee, Iowa is a duly organized municipality within Dallas
County; AND,
WHEREAS, Timbercrest Homes LLC. has completed the public improvements
associated with the Kettlestone Peak Plat 1 Subdivision; AND,
WHEREAS, City Staff has reviewed the improvements constructed as part of the
Kettlestone Peak Plat 1 subdivision and confirm that said improvements constructed as a
part of this project are in general conformance with the Standard Specifications of the
City of Waukee.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Waukee City Council in
session this 6th day of February, 2023, that it hereby accepts the public improvements
associated with the Kettlestone Peak Plat 1 Subdivision.
