AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 65, STOP OR YIELD REQUIRED, CITY OF WAUKEE, IOWA, BY AMENDING SECTION 65.01, THROUGH STREETS; STOP INTERSECTIONS, AS SPECIFIED BELOW WHEREAS, the City of Waukee has determined that amendments to certain through streets and stop intersections should be made to the existing list of through streets in the ordinance. BE IT THEREFORE ORDAINED by the City Council of the City of Waukee: Section 1. Chapter 65, Waukee Municipal Code, Section 65.01, Through Streets; Stop Intersections, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraphs to Section 65.01, Through Streets; Stop Intersections as follows: §65.01 Through Streets; Stop Intersections 101. Brodie Street from the north line of Dunham Drive to the east line of Hannah Lane. 102. Brodie Street from the south line of Dunham Drive to its terminus. Section 2. Repealer. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed. Section 3. Severability Clause. If any section, provision or part of this ordinance shall be adjudged invalid or unconstitutional, such adjudication shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any section, provision, or part thereof not adjudged invalid or unconstitutional. Section 4. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in effect upon its final passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
