SYNOPSIS INCLUDING PRO & CON: Rognes Corporation requested Payment Estimate No.
5 for the work completed on the West Area Trunk Sewer Extension – Phase 2 project, in the
amount of $737,571.82. Veenstra & Kimm has reviewed the payment estimate and recommends
payment.
The partial payment is for the pay period January 1, 2023 to January 31, 2023. This payment
estimate is for sanitary sewer installation.
FISCAL IMPACT INCLUDING COST/BENEFIT ANALYSIS: $737,571.82
